B Notes is a Chrome extension and live transcription product, a personal area, and a clip Studio. The service is operated by B You. Using the service is subject to these terms and the privacy policy.

Terms of Use — B Notes
In short: you are responsible for recording and for what you publish. We post to a network only when you press Publish.

Subscriptions and payment
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the account and what happens in it. In the extension: minute packs through the personal area, at the price shown before you pay. In Studio: one monthly subscription per product (Social, Content editors, or All) at the tier you choose, as shown in Studio and at checkout — the price shown before you pay is the price. A free trial, where offered, lasts the number of days shown in Studio; when it is granted on entering a payment method, the first charge is made when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that — then nothing is charged; when it is granted without one, new work waits for a plan once it ends. It renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the «Manage subscription» link in Studio); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and during a trial at the end of the trial days, with no charge. Refunds follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. A tier change within the same product happens on the same subscription: an upgrade applies immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period; a downgrade applies immediately and the prorated credit appears on the next invoice. Another product is a separate subscription with its own invoice. A downgrade does not delete existing content; it only limits new work. Daily quotas follow the tier.
Your responsibility
Recording is your responsibility: tell the lecturer and follow your institution’s rules. Do not use the service for illegal content, infringement or harassment.
Liability and law
The service is provided as is. It includes AI, and transcription, captions or a published post may contain errors — you are responsible for checking before you publish. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We may suspend or close an account for a breach, with notice. Israeli law applies, and the courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. Changes to these terms: we will post a notice on the site or by email; continued use after a change is acceptance. Minimum age 16, and at least 13 with a parent’s consent — as the networks require.

Publishing from Studio
In Studio you can connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook (a Page), LinkedIn, X and Threads. Publishing happens only when you press Publish, and only to networks you connected. You are responsible for the caption, the music and the rights in what you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit the content you upload solely to provide the service and the publishing you asked for, and you represent that you hold the rights. Disconnect revokes the grant on our side.
